The drive from Dubai to the Lahbab Red Dunes area takes approximately 45–60 minutes depending on traffic and your hotel location.

For shared tours, pickup timing may adjust by 30–45 minutes based on other guest locations along the pickup route.

Private car option is available — the vehicle is exclusively reserved for your group with a flexible pickup time of your choice.

Pickup from Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi available at an additional surcharge — please mention your location at booking.

The full VIP experience runs for approximately 6–7 hours from hotel pickup to drop-off.

Most guests are returned to their hotels between 21:30 – 22:30, after dinner and all five live shows.

Your driver will drop you directly to your hotel, residence, or any pre-arranged Dubai address.

Early departure from the camp is possible on request — inform your driver in advance.

Drop-off to other emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi) available for an additional surcharge.

VIP table seating means your group has a dedicated private dining table for the evening — distinctly different from the standard floor mats or shared bench seating of regular desert safaris.

Not recommended for pregnant women, guests with serious back, neck, or spinal conditions, or guests with heart conditions, due to dune bashing.

Children aged 5 and above are welcome. Children aged 5–10 qualify for a discounted child rate — please select at the time of booking.

The falcon photo experience is included — a trained, tame falcon is placed on your gloved arm for a professional photo moment. It is safe and guided by a trained falconer.

Dress code for the desert: comfortable, lightweight clothing. Closed-toe shoes or sandals are both suitable. Avoid white or expensive clothing — desert sand is difficult to remove.

Bring sunscreen (SPF 50+), sunglasses, and a light jacket for cooler desert evenings (October–March).

A valid photo ID or passport may be required at certain VIP camp entrances.

Vegetarian, vegan, and halal BBQ dinner options are available — please inform us of dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Shisha is available at the VIP camp for an additional charge — local flavours including apple, grape, and mint.

Alcoholic beverages are not included but may be available at the camp bar for an additional charge.

During Ramadan and UAE public holidays, belly dance entertainment may be restricted in line with local regulations.

Photography is warmly welcomed throughout the entire evening — your driver and camp staff will assist with the best photo spots.

Bonvoy Tourism reserves the right to substitute the vehicle type or VIP camp with an equivalent without affecting the quality of the experience.

Tour timings, entertainment schedule, and camp activities are subject to change due to weather, cultural events, or operational reasons.

Dune bashing intensity is conducted at the professional driver's discretion to ensure guest safety at all times.

No refund is issued for partly utilized services — including leaving the camp early, declining included activities, or not using the VIP seating.

Bonvoy Tourism is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, vehicle breakdown, or guests not ready at the confirmed pickup time.

Guests are required to follow all safety instructions during dune bashing — seat belts must remain fastened throughout.

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and travel insurance throughout the tour.

Children must remain under adult supervision at all times at the desert camp and during all activities.
