Pickup begins between 08:00 – 08:30 from your hotel, residence, or a nearby meeting point in Dubai.

Your driver's contact details and exact pickup time are confirmed via WhatsApp the evening before the tour.

The drive to the Lahbab Red Dunes area takes approximately 45–60 minutes from central Dubai.

Because the tour departs early, guests are advised to have a light snack before pickup — a heavy breakfast can cause discomfort during dune bashing.

For SIC (shared) tours, pickup time may shift by 15–30 minutes depending on other hotel locations on the route.

Private car morning safari option is available — the vehicle is exclusively yours with a flexible pickup time of your choice.

The tour typically concludes between 12:00 – 12:30, and you will be dropped off at your hotel or original pickup point.

Most guests are back at their hotels before noon, leaving the entire afternoon and evening completely free.

Your driver will drop you directly to your hotel, residence, or a pre-arranged address in Dubai.

Drop-off to other emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi) can be arranged for an additional surcharge.

Exact return time is confirmed by your driver on the morning of the tour via WhatsApp.

Not recommended for pregnant women, guests with serious back/neck conditions, or those with heart problems due to dune bashing.

Children aged 3 and above are welcome. Children aged 3–10 qualify for a discounted child rate — please select at booking.

Car seats and booster seats are available on request — mention at the time of booking.

Dress code: comfortable, lightweight clothing. Closed-toe shoes or sandals are both suitable. Avoid white or expensive clothing as desert sand is difficult to remove.

Sunscreen (SPF 50+), sunglasses, and a hat are strongly recommended — morning desert sun is deceptively strong.

Please carry a valid photo ID or passport — may be required at certain camp checkpoints.

Vegetarian, vegan, and halal refreshment options are available — please mention at the time of booking.

During Ramadan, refreshments at the camp are served in a designated area in line with UAE cultural guidelines.

Photography is encouraged throughout — the morning light creates exceptional conditions for stunning dune photography.

Quad biking is available as a paid add-on at the camp — approximately AED 80–150 per person for a 15–30 min session.

Please arrive ready at the lobby at least 5 minutes before your confirmed pickup time to avoid delays.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed within 2 hours of successful payment.

Bonvoy Tourism reserves the right to substitute the vehicle type or camp used without affecting the quality of the tour.

Tour activities and timing are subject to change due to weather, dune, or road conditions.

Dune bashing is conducted at the professional driver's discretion — always prioritizing guest safety.

No refund will be issued for partly utilized services, including early departures from the camp or declined activities.

Bonvoy Tourism is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, vehicle breakdown, or guests not ready at pickup time.

All guests participate in physical activities at their own risk. Bonvoy Tourism is not responsible for injuries sustained during optional activities.

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and travel insurance throughout the tour.
