Pickup is from your hotel lobby, residence, Dubai Airport, or any agreed Dubai location between 08:30 – 09:30.

Exact pickup time and your guide's personal contact number are sent via WhatsApp the evening before the tour.

Your guide greets you at the hotel lobby with a personalised name board for easy identification.

Because this is a fully private tour, there is no waiting for other guests — the vehicle departs entirely on your schedule.

Pickup from Dubai Airport or Dubai Cruise Terminal is available at no extra charge — ideal for layover and transit visitors.

Guests in JBR, Dubai Marina, Downtown, Deira, Bur Dubai and all other Dubai areas are all covered.

The full-day tour runs approximately 9–10 hours from hotel pickup to drop-off.

Return drop-off is typically between 18:00 – 19:30, depending on your chosen stops and pace.

Your private driver drops you directly to your hotel, Dubai Airport, cruise port, or any agreed address.

Early return is available at any time — simply inform your guide and the vehicle will take you back immediately.

Evening extensions are possible for an additional hour fee — perfect if you wish to see Dubai at night.

Jumeirah Mosque has a modest dress code — shoulders and knees must be covered. Abayas and scarves are available to borrow free of charge at the entrance.

Gold Souk and Spice Souk are outdoor markets — comfortable shoes and light clothing are recommended.

Burj Khalifa 'At the Top' tickets (levels 124 & 125) are optional. Current price: approx. AED 149–189/person. Book at booking stage to guarantee your slot — same-day tickets often sell out.

Dubai Frame entrance fee is approx. AED 50/person — can be pre-arranged or paid on the day.

Museum of the Future entrance is approx. AED 149/person — advance booking strongly recommended as it regularly sells out.

Dubai Mall shopping stop can be added to the itinerary on request — great for families and fashion shoppers.

The traditional Abra ride across Dubai Creek costs AED 1–2 per person (paid on board) and is one of the most memorable moments on the tour.

Photography is encouraged throughout the entire tour. Your guide knows all the best angles and secret spots.

Comfortable walking shoes are essential — the Gold Souk, Spice Souk and Al Fahidi area involve a good amount of walking.

Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat — Dubai sun is intense year-round, especially in summer (May–September).

Halal, vegetarian, and other dietary requirements can be accommodated at recommended lunch stops with advance notice.

The itinerary is fully flexible — your guide can add, remove, or reorder stops based on your preferences and available time.

No refund is issued for partly utilized services — including skipping an attraction or requesting early return.

Guests are responsible for following all dress codes and conduct rules at each location. Refusal of entry due to non-compliance is not the responsibility of Bonvoy Tourism.
