Pickup is arranged directly from your hotel or residence in Dubai at a time of your choice.

Travel time from central Dubai to the desert is approximately 45–60 minutes.

Pickups from Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, or remote Dubai locations (Jebel Ali, Discovery Gardens) are available at an additional surcharge — contact us to arrange.

Return time is flexible and agreed with your driver based on your chosen tour duration (half-day or full evening).

Evening tours typically conclude between 21:30 – 22:30 after dinner and entertainment.

Your private driver will drop you directly to your hotel, Airbnb, cruise terminal, or any Dubai address.

Early departure from the camp is possible at your request — you are in full control of the schedule.

Drop-off to other emirates can be arranged for an extra fee — please mention at booking.

This is a fully private tour — the vehicle is exclusively reserved for your group (up to 6 guests per Land Cruiser).

Not suitable for pregnant women, guests with serious back/neck conditions, or those with heart problems due to dune bashing.

Children aged 5 and above are welcome. Car seats and booster seats are available on request — please mention at booking.

Dress code: lightweight, comfortable clothing. Bring a light jacket for cool desert evenings (October–March).

Closed-toe shoes or sandals are both suitable. Avoid wearing expensive or white clothing — desert sand stains.

Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are highly recommended, especially for afternoon departures.

Please carry a valid photo ID or passport — required for some desert camp check-ins.

Vegetarian, vegan, and halal dietary options are available — notify us at the time of booking.

During Ramadan and UAE public holidays, live entertainment at the camp may be restricted per local regulations.

Alcoholic beverages are not included but may be available for purchase at the camp bar.

Photography is welcomed throughout the tour. Your driver will assist with photo stops at the most scenic dune locations.

Tour timings and activities are subject to adjustment due to weather, road, or dune conditions.

Dune bashing intensity can be adjusted at your request — please inform your driver of your preference before entering the dunes.

No refund for partly utilized services (e.g., leaving the camp early, declining an included activity).

Bonvoy Tourism is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, vehicle breakdown, or guests not being ready at pickup time.

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and travel insurance throughout the tour.

Guests must sign a standard liability waiver before participating in dune bashing activities.

Children must be under adult supervision at all times during the tour.
