Pickup begins between 14:30 – 15:30 (winter, October–March) and 15:30 – 16:00 (summer, April–September) from your Dubai hotel.

Exact pickup time and driver contact details are confirmed via WhatsApp the evening before your tour.

The drive to the Lahbab Red Dunes area takes approximately 45–60 minutes from central Dubai.

For SIC (shared) tours, pickup timing may adjust by 30–45 minutes based on other guest locations and traffic conditions.

Quad bike safety briefing begins immediately upon arrival at the dunes — approximately 15 minutes before riding.

Guests must be physically fit and in good health to participate in the ATV quad bike activity.

Private car option available — vehicle reserved exclusively for your group with a flexible pickup time.

The full tour experience runs for approximately 6–7 hours from pickup to hotel drop-off.

Most guests are dropped off at their hotel between 21:30 – 22:30 after dinner and live entertainment.

Your dedicated driver will return you directly to your hotel, residence, or any agreed Dubai address.

Early departure from the camp is possible at your request — please inform your driver in advance.

Drop-off to other emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi) can be arranged for an additional surcharge.

Minimum age for solo quad biking: 16 years. Children aged 8–15 may ride on a two-seater quad with an adult — please mention at booking.

Not recommended for pregnant women, guests with back, neck, or spinal injuries, or those with serious heart conditions.

Safety helmet and protective gloves are provided at no extra cost. ATV fuel is fully included.

The quad bike session is 30 minutes by default. Upgrades to 45-minute and 60-minute sessions are available — ask at the time of booking.

Dress code: comfortable, lightweight clothing for the desert. Closed-toe shoes strongly recommended for quad biking. Avoid flip-flops during the ATV session.

Bring sunscreen (SPF 50+), sunglasses, and a light jacket for cooler evenings (October–March).

A valid photo ID or passport may be required at certain camp entrances — please carry one.

Vegetarian, vegan, and halal BBQ options are available — please inform us at the time of booking.

During Ramadan and UAE public holidays, live entertainment may be restricted in line with local regulations.

Alcoholic beverages are not included but may be available for purchase at the camp.

Photography is encouraged at all times — your driver and guide will assist with the best photo spots.

All bookings are confirmed within 2 hours of payment, subject to availability.

All quad bike participants must sign a liability waiver before the ATV session begins.

Bonvoy Tourism and its operators reserve the right to suspend or cancel the quad bike activity at any time due to weather, dune conditions, or guest safety concerns.

The ATV quad bike session is conducted under the supervision of trained staff — guest instructions must be followed at all times.

Bonvoy Tourism reserves the right to substitute vehicle type or Bedouin camp without affecting the quality of the experience.

Tour timings and itinerary are subject to change due to weather, road, or desert conditions.

No refund for partly utilized services — including early departure from camp or declining any included activity.

Bonvoy Tourism is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, vehicle breakdown, or guests not being ready at pickup time.

Guests participate in all physical activities entirely at their own risk. Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Children on two-seater quad bikes must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
