City tour pickup is available between 09:00 – 09:30 from your hotel, residence, or agreed Dubai location

Desert safari pickup is arranged between 15:00 – 16:00 from the same hotel, with exact timing confirmed via WhatsApp the evening before

Both experiences are coordinated on the same day, so no additional transport arrangements or separate bookings are required

For shared (SIC) desert safari tours, pickup timing may vary by 30–45 minutes depending on other guest locations

Private vehicle upgrade is available for both the city tour and desert safari for a fully private experience

The city tour portion ends with hotel drop-off around 13:00–14:00, allowing time to relax before the evening desert safari

The desert safari concludes with hotel drop-off between 21:30 – 22:00 after dinner and live entertainment

Your driver will return you directly to your hotel or any pre-arranged Dubai location after each tour segment

The full day includes approximately 4 hours of city sightseeing and 6 hours of desert safari activities with a comfortable break in between

Early departure from either tour segment can be arranged upon request by informing your guide or driver

This combo tour is divided into two separate sessions on the same day with a scheduled hotel break in between, not a continuous 10-hour tour

Jumeirah Mosque visitors must follow modest dress guidelines with shoulders and knees covered; abayas and scarves are available to borrow at the entrance

Burj Khalifa 'At the Top' tickets are optional and not included in the base package price (approx. AED 149–189/person)

Not recommended for pregnant women, guests with serious back or neck injuries, or heart conditions due to desert dune bashing activity

Children under 5 are not permitted for dune bashing as per Dubai Tourism Authority guidelines but may join camp activities

Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for city sightseeing, while closed-toe shoes or sandals are suitable for the desert safari

Photography is encouraged throughout the tour, and guides will help you find the best city and desert photo locations

All bookings are confirmed within 2 hours of payment, subject to availability for both tour experiences

Bonvoy Tourism may adjust the vehicle type, guide assignment, or desert camp selection while maintaining the quality of the experience

Entrance fees for Burj Khalifa or other paid attractions during the city tour are not included unless specifically mentioned at booking

Tour schedules may change due to traffic, weather conditions, or desert environment factors

No refund is provided for partly utilized services, including missed attractions or leaving the desert camp before completion
