Pickup is between 14:30 – 15:30 in winter (October–March) and 15:30 – 16:00 in summer (April–September) from your hotel, residence, or agreed Dubai location.

Exact pickup time and driver details are confirmed via WhatsApp approximately 4 hours before the tour.

The drive from Dubai to the Lahbab Red Dunes takes approximately 45–60 minutes depending on traffic and your hotel location.

For SIC (shared) tours, pickup may adjust slightly based on other guest locations along the route.

Private vehicle upgrade is available — your own dedicated Land Cruiser with a flexible pickup time of your choice.

Pickup from Sharjah and Ajman is available at an additional surcharge — please mention your location at booking.

The total tour duration including hotel pickup and drop-off is approximately 2.5–3 hours.

Guests are typically back at their Dubai hotels between 18:30 – 19:30, leaving the full evening free.

This is the key advantage of the no-camp format: you are back at your hotel in time for a restaurant dinner, a dhow cruise, or a night out in Dubai Marina.

Your driver will drop you directly to your hotel, residence, or any pre-arranged Dubai address.

Early return from the dunes is possible on request — inform your driver if you have a time-sensitive commitment.

This tour is the dune bashing component of the desert safari only — there is no Bedouin camp visit, no BBQ dinner, no belly dance show, and no evening entertainment. Dune bashing is NOT recommended for: pregnant women, guests with back, neck, or spinal injuries, guests with heart conditions, or anyone who has been advised against vigorous physical activity by a doctor.

Children under 3 years are not permitted on the dune bashing vehicle. Children aged 3–12 are welcome but parents should ensure the child is comfortable with fast, bumpy off-road driving.

All vehicles used are regularly maintained Toyota Land Cruisers with professionally trained and licensed drivers. Tyre pressure is reduced before every dune session for safety and optimal grip.

Seat belts must be fastened throughout the dune bashing session — your driver will confirm this before beginning.

Dress code: comfortable, lightweight clothing. Closed-toe shoes or sandals are both suitable. Avoid white or expensive clothing — fine red desert sand is difficult to remove from fabric.

Bring sunscreen (SPF 50+) and sunglasses — afternoon desert sun on open dunes is intense even in winter.

Complimentary chilled bottled water is provided throughout the session.

Photography and video is warmly encouraged — your driver will stop at scenic dune viewpoints and assist with group photos.

The optional camel ride (AED 30–40) and falcon photo experience are available on-site and can be arranged through your driver on the day.

Alcohol is not part of this tour format. This is an outdoor adventure activity, not a camp-based evening experience.

Dune bashing intensity can be adjusted at the guest's request — please inform your driver of your preference before entering the dunes.

No refund is issued for partly utilized services, including requesting to stop the dune session early or declining sandboarding.
