Pickup is from your hotel, residence, or a nearby landmark in Dubai. Exact time confirmed 24 hours before the tour.

Travel to the desert takes approximately 45–60 minutes depending on your pickup location.

Dune bashing begins as soon as all guests have been collected and the convoy assembles.

For SIC (shared) tours, pickup times may shift by 30–60 minutes based on traffic and guest locations.

The tour ends at approximately 21:30 – 22:00, depending on camp activity schedule.

Your driver will drop you back to your hotel or a pre-arranged meeting point in Dubai.

Drop-off for guests outside Dubai (Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi) can be arranged at an extra charge.

You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation with driver details and exact return time the morning of your tour.

Not recommended for pregnant women, guests with back/neck injuries, or those with serious heart conditions due to dune bashing.

Children under 5 years are not permitted on this tour as per Dubai Tourism Authority regulations.

Dress code: lightweight summer clothing. Bring a light jacket for cooler evenings (October–March).

Closed-toe footwear or sandals recommended for dune activities. Flip-flops are fine for camp.

Please carry a valid photo ID or passport — required for some desert camp entries.

Vegetarian and vegan BBQ options are available — please mention at the time of booking.

During Ramadan and Islamic holidays, live entertainment (belly dance) may be restricted per UAE regulations.

Alcoholic beverages are NOT included but may be available at the camp for an additional charge.

Wear sunscreen and sunglasses — afternoon sun in the desert is intense.

Photography is encouraged throughout the experience. The desert sunset is not to be missed.
